Wholesale Supplier for Online & Marketplace Sellers

Wholesale Supplier for Online Sellers & Marketplace Businesses

We supply Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Instagram sellers across India with imported toys, collectibles, anime merchandise and gift items at trade rates. Direct importer, low minimum order quantities, GST invoicing on every consignment.

Online Selling Has Different Economics

A shopfront retailer buys deep and waits for footfall. An online seller cannot work that way, and copying a shop owner's buying pattern is how online businesses end up with dead stock.

Three things are different:

Design lifespan is shorter. A design that trends on Instagram burns bright and fades in weeks. Buying 200 pieces of something because it looked good this month is the fastest way to lock up capital.

Photography decides the sale. Your customer never touches the product. Items that photograph well outperform items that are objectively better but look flat in a picture. 3D acrylic lamps, boxed collector figures and character jewellery consistently do well for this reason.

Marketplace fees eat thin margins. Commission, shipping, returns and ad spend stack up. A product with a 20% margin in a shop can be a loss-maker on Amazon once fees land. Calculate landed cost plus all platform costs before listing.

Buy Narrow and Often, Not Deep

The right pattern for online selling is small mixed orders, refreshed frequently. Order fifteen designs at small quantities, list them all, see what moves in two weeks, then reorder only the winners at a better slab.

This is why low MOQ matters more to an online seller than the lowest possible per-piece rate. A supplier who forces you into 144-piece cartons is asking you to bet on a design before you have any data. A supplier who will sell you twelve lets the market tell you what to buy deeper.

Categories That Work Online

Weight and Shipping

Worth thinking about before you list. On marketplaces, shipping is charged by weight and dimensions, and a heavy low-value item can cost more to deliver than it earns. Light items with high perceived value — jewellery, keychains, stickers, desk mats, flat-packed acrylic lamps — have far better shipping economics than bulky decor.

Fragile items carry a second cost: returns and replacements. Factor a breakage allowance into your pricing on glass and ceramic pieces rather than discovering it later.

Trade Terms

  • Low minimum order quantity — designed for testing designs rather than committing to them
  • Mixed cartons — spread a small budget across many designs
  • Quantity slabs — better rates once you know what sells
  • GST tax invoice on every consignment, which marketplaces require
  • Regular import cycles — a winning listing can be restocked rather than going dead

A Note on Restocking

This matters more for online sellers than anyone else. A listing that gains reviews and ranking is an asset, and it dies the moment you cannot restock the product. Before committing to any supplier, ask whether they repeat their lines or sell one-off lots. We import on roughly six-week cycles and restock what sells.
