- Bank details and QR codes are shared only from our official numbers listed on this page.
- If anyone else asks for payment in our name, do not pay — it may be a fraud. Verify with us first.
- Our bank details can change, and sometimes we ask for direct transfer to a vendor. Always confirm the account or QR code for every order — an old QR code may no longer be correct.
- Money sent to a wrong account is very hard to recover, so please double-check before every payment.

Ordering
How can I place an order?
- Add the products you want to your cart and set the quantities.
- Go to checkout — no payment is needed at this stage.
- We calculate shipping and packing charges and send the invoice to your WhatsApp.
- Review the invoice, ask any questions, then make the payment.
- You get a tracking ID the day after payment. Orders usually arrive 5–6 days after dispatch.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. The minimum is 2 pieces per item, and the total order must be at least ₹8,000.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do not offer discounts on orders below ₹1,00,000. For cash payments above ₹1,00,000, we may offer a small discount.
Payment
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Cash, UPI, Google Pay and Bank Transfer.
Do you offer COD or pay later?
No, we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery or pay-later options.
Shipping
How are shipping and packing charges calculated?
- Shipping: charged at actual cost — usually around ₹500–600 for a ₹10,000 order. It depends on carton size and order volume.
- Packing: ₹95–120 per carton.
How long does delivery take?
We share the tracking ID the day after we receive payment. Orders usually reach you 5–6 days after dispatch.
Damaged Products
What if I receive a broken product?
We pack every order with great care to avoid damage. However, we do not offer refunds, replacements or returns for items damaged in transit. We strongly recommend recording an uncut unboxing video when you open the parcel — it helps prove any damage that happened during transit.

OYO Status Inn — about 5 minutes' walk from our store, around ₹1,500. Dilaram Bazar (2-minute walk) has food options.
Hotel Sun Grand, EC Road — about 1.5 km, around ₹1,800.
Hotel White House, Subhash Road — about 2 km, around ₹2,000. A vintage hotel with big rooms, a lawn and its own Y Cafe.

- Anandam — veg; Dehradun's famous sweets and light snacks

🚕 Getting around
- Bikes can be hired for the day, mostly near the railway station. Always wear a helmet — police checks are common.

- Ola and Uber are available in Dehradun.
- For local deliveries, Rapido and Blinkit work well.

🚁 Helicopter Yatra to Kedarnath & Badrinath

- Avoid unofficial agents offering Phata-to-Kedarnath rides (around ₹15k) — last-minute cancellations are common.
